Unlike traditional jaw exercisers that fit over the front or back teeth only, the OGS Jaw Exerciser 2.0 features a full-arch design that distributes force more evenly across your bite, providing greater comfort, stability and training efficiency. Our biggest innovation is the use of detachable Bite Guards. Designed to absorb the highest bite forces, they help protect the main silicone body from excessive wear, allowing you to train harder and more frequently without worrying about premature breakage. The full-arch design also means more material is engaged between your teeth, creating greater resistance and allowing you to push your jaw strength further as your training progresses. The result is a jaw exerciser that's more comfortable, more durable and designed to provide long-term value.
The lifespan depends on your training intensity and resistance level. Casual users training with the Beginner or Intermediate models typically achieve 12+ months of use, while Advanced users performing frequent high-intensity workouts generally achieve 6+ months. Regular cleaning and resetting the bite guards when needed will help maximise the lifespan of your exerciser. To reset the bite guards, simply pinch the back ends together for 20 seconds. It's best to do this during the cleaning process with warm water, as the warm water helps soften the material.
The detachable bite guards are designed to absorb the highest bite forces generated during training. This helps protect the main silicone body, reducing wear and significantly increasing the overall durability of the OGS Jaw Exerciser. After heavy use, the bite guards can be easily reset in warm water to help maintain their shape and performance.
For beginners, we recommend training 2 days on, followed by 2 days off to allow adequate recovery. As your jaw strength and endurance improve, you can gradually increase your repetitions, sets and training frequency. Progress at a pace that feels comfortable. We recommend starting with 10-20 reps for 3–5 sets per training session, using a resistance level appropriate for your current strength. Focus on controlled, comfortable repetitions rather than pushing yourself to your limits. It is important never to overtrain or "train to failure" as they say, as the jaw is much more sensitive. Do not continue training once you begin to experience significant muscle fatigue or discomfort. If you experience any pain during or after training, stop immediately and allow your jaw to recover fully before your next session. If discomfort is still present the following day, wait until it has completely resolved before training again.Consistent, controlled training with adequate recovery will produce better long-term results than constantly pushing for maximum intensity.
The OGS Jaw Exerciser 2.0 is available in three progressive resistance levels to suit every stage of your training:40lbs – Beginner50lbs – Intermediate60lbs – AdvancedThis progressive system allows you to safely build jaw strength and muscular endurance as you improve, ensuring you're always challenged as your bite force increases. If you eventually find the 60lb Advanced model no longer provides enough resistance, we'd love to hear from you. Customer feedback plays a key role in the development of future OGS products, and with enough demand, we'll explore introducing an even higher resistance level.Drop us an email to feedback@ogsjawexerciserco.com
Yes. The full-arch design is engineered to fit comfortably across your entire bite, helping distribute pressure evenly while providing a stable and comfortable training experience. Unlike smaller single-point exercisers, the OGS Jaw Exerciser is designed to engage your jaw more naturally. For the best fit and safest training experience, the exerciser should be used with a full set of healthy, stable teeth, including your back molars. The full-arch design relies on even contact across the entire bite to distribute force correctly. If you have missing, loose or significantly damaged teeth, we recommend consulting your dentist before use.
Most users notice improvements in jaw strength and muscular endurance within the first few weeks of consistent training. Visible definition develops more gradually and depends on several factors, including body fat percentage, training consistency and overall lifestyle. Everyone progresses at their own pace. For the most noticeable aesthetic results, maintaining a lower body fat percentage will allow your jaw muscles to become more visible and with the help of OGS Jaw Exerciser, they will look even more defined. Users with higher body fat will still experience the strength and endurance benefits of training, but the surrounding facial fat may reduce how defined the jaw muscles appear.
Yes. Body fat percentage can have a significant effect on how visible facial and jaw definition appears. Fat tissue beneath the skin can mask the underlying muscle definition, so results may be more noticeable as body fat decreases. However, lowering body fat and training the jaw serve different purposes. Reducing body fat can reveal more of your existing definition, while the OGS Jaw Exerciser provides targeted resistance training designed to develop jaw muscle strength, endurance and definition. For this reason, combining consistent jaw training with a healthy body composition can help maximise visible definition.
Clean your OGS Jaw Exerciser before and after each use with warm water and mild soap. If the bite guards become compressed after heavy training, simply soak them in warm water and firmly pinch the rear ends together for approximately 20 seconds to restore their shape. Regular maintenance helps maximise comfort, performance and lifespan.
We offer tracked worldwide shipping, so you can order the OGS Jaw Exerciser from almost anywhere. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and all orders are dispatched within three business days.
